Every mask and object here is made, or rehauled, when you order it. That means shipping runs a little slower than a warehouse would, because the thing you bought usually doesn't exist yet the moment you buy it.
Orders go out in the order they're finished, first come, first served. There's no way to pay for a faster spot in line. You'll get it as fast as it can be made right, not a day faster.
Not happy with it? That's on me to fix.
Returns are accepted within 7 days of purchase for a full refund, 100% of what you paid for the item, no restocking fee, no runaround.
The one thing I can't cover is the cost of shipping it back to me. Everything else about the refund is on the house. I'd rather make it right than keep a sale you're not happy with.
